Got a massage with Selena. It was not good and she gypped me on time (paid for a 90 minute massage so should get a full 80 minutes of actual massage time but only got 70). Told the front desk and all I got was an “oh Im sorry” then awkward silence. no discount no nothing. I dont like to complain or make a scene so figured I would let it pass and booked with a different therapist. Went back in the next month and got stuck with Selena again (my therapist took the day off). Same thing happened and got gypped 10 minutes. apparently my complaint went no where. stopped getting massages there after that.

If I could give 0stars I would, 2 months after canceling my membership and after having emails sent to me assuring my card would not be charged, today Hand and Stone Massage took 79.95 from my bank account, called and someone named Stephanie basically called me a liar and told me they did not take funds, told me the person who claimed was manager in July was not the manager and no longer works there, also advised me they would do nothing on there end, so many more complaints, I got a facial and ended up with permanent scaring!!! Fair warning to all. Stay away from this establishment.

Many issues being mischarged for cancelled appointments, office staff unable to help issue refund (“only a manager can process”), cannot reach manager by phone, no return calls. Frustrating experience, and too bad for the MTs who work there.

I’m definitely not new when it comes to facial massages and then some, totally not worth it save your money for somewhere else! I still had stuff on my face after the facial and some of the basic stuff you do on a facial not the up sell stuff she did not do? with the massage even with the time to dress up and dress down it definitely was not an hour massage, at least the atmosphere was nice! Always grateful for all my massages and facials but next time I will be choosing somewhere else!

I went in for a massage and was scheduled with Cynthia. Let me just say, this was hands down the absolute best massage I’ve ever had in my life! I never take the time to actually leave reviews, but I felt like this experience deserved one! Still can’t believe how great she was, I’ll definitely be going back for her. My massage therapist Lupe was amazing! She really helped me to relax and unwind. The real bummer came after my massage when I got the hard sell at the front desk for the monthly subscription. I was essentially held hostage trying to pay my bill while I had to turn down the subscription four different times. Wish I could have reveled in the relaxation instead of having to deal with that.
