Visited this location for a massage with Melissa. This was probably my 2nd or 3rd time in 3 years I’ve been to this location. She was fantastic, chatted with me a bit, and overall was a great massage. When we finished I was brought out to the reception to check out. Now, I understand the dynamic of H&S being a service provider, but also offers membership opportunities. I am someone who hates to be sold to, but I am pleasant when this happens because I know it’s part of their job. This visit was different though. I asked her to charge the card I used to book the appointment and that I had given Melissa her tip in cash. She proceeded to give me the membership pitch & I politely declined. This should have been it, but instead the exchanges continued 3-4 more times. When I said, “it’s okay, I’m good”, she hollered back “no, it’s not okay” & proceeded to tell me more about the membership… After she finished, I said “thank you” and walked out. She needs to understand that not everyone can afford $70/month, that this visit was on top of many hospital bills & I was just hoping for some pain relief from being in a hospital bed for 21 days. Again, I understand the way H&S is designed, but she turned an otherwise relaxing experience into a stressful one where I can’t see myself booking at the Palm City location again.

I got this amazing massage from Val and she actually told me what she was feeling in my muscles and worked my muscles out and all I have to say is….I’m now a member and will be seeing her on a monthly basis. I was driving from Miami back home to Orlando after being awake for 28 hours straight. As you can imagine, I started getting drowsy and pulled off to grab lunch and coffee. Instead, I found this Hand and Stone location and went in on a slim chance hoping they had an opening so I can nap; to my surprise, they had a 90 minute opening!!! My therapist was Cortez and he was a Godsend!! He, A: put me to sleep fast and B: had the perfect touch!!! If I lived in the area, I would have pre-booked with him! Thank you all for your kindness and helping me take a very tranquil nap so I could get home safely!!

After reading some previous reviews about this location, I was hesitant but needed a massage and was lucky enough to book a massage and facial the same day. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it. Both services were excellent and professional. My experience with my visit was perfect. Give them a chance; you won’t regret it. The front desk also went above and beyond.

Makenzie did an amazing facial. I would never recommend as I had a membership and paid monthly for about a year. I cancelled my membership in November because I had 3 facials ahead to use. Due to physical problems I could not use the second one until today. When I was booking the last one I was told the time for me to use had passed and was charged full price for today. Will never go back again and will not recommend to anyone.

Went in for a massage & facial for my birthday. Enjoyed both! Mackenzie and Amanda are both great! It was my first massage but Mackenzie made me feel comfortable and she worked the knots out of my neck/shoulders. I upgraded to a Dermalinfusion facial with Amanda and it was awesome! I bought the moisture kit and I loved the products so much that I bought the whole regimen from Clarity that Amanda had recommended. My skin has drastically improved in these past few weeks. It’s no longer dry or dull and my acne is clearing up. I will definitely be returning!
