Critical: ProfessionalismI had been a customer at this location for over two years, and I decided to add an account for my daughter as well. My daughter was late to her first appointment and one of their booking agents, Kim called with an attitude I couldn’t believe. I explained that she could still go and I even agreed to the reduced service time. Unfortunately, she was so rude that I decided to cancel the entire membership. She placed me with the manager who was nice at first, but then was just as rude as the other rep. I told her I had never had an issue and was hoping they would work with us. After hearing her lack of concern, I asked her to please cancel both memberships. She never sent me cancellation forms and immediately charged me for the missed session. These two individuals unfortunately are not a good representation of the other staff members that were professional. Their managers should be aware of how they are treating customers.UPDATE: The response below is just a show. All they did via email is attempt to charge another month in order to cancel. My daughter was late to her first appointment and one of their booking agents, Kim called with an attitude I couldn’t believe.
