This experience was definitely at the bottom of my list in terms of what I got out of the massage. I will say the front desk staff was great! The ambiance was warm and welcoming. However, the therapist did not live up to the hype. I would considered myself experienced as a customer in the industry and this fell extremely short. I did not receive the pressure I asked for. He did not treat my problem areas. Even paid extra for a treatment on my problem areas and it was a joke. Left Hand and Stone having to get another massage three days later by a different therapist at a different location. When contacted about my experience I told them what happened and I was told the best they could do was bring me back and I pay the same exact amount I paid for this massage to see a different therapist. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking to be relieved and not just rubbed on.

Terrible customer service and knowledgeable staff during the holiday season when calling the store about promotions received via email … nothing on the email stated that you had to use it online only … staff hung up the call when asking questions. When speaking to management they also had all kinds of excuses as well.

Custimer service is poor. We had a credit that was on account Wednesday. Thanksgiving was Thursday and booked service for Friday and they expires the credit and charged full price. After 2 years of monthly services account and after at least 6 phone calls and several emails no resolution. Beyond frustrated with lack of customer service. Between Pottstown and reading.

GPS sent me to a location a couple stores away from where they actually are. However the actual service was great! I got a hot stone massage and I felt very comfortable and at peace. Their sales pitch at the end could have been less pushy.
