I had a facial recently with Debbie and she was great! You can tell she has a lot of experience and is very comfortable with what she’s doing. She was kind and made you feel really comfortable. She checked in with me throughout the facial and asked questions. She didn’t talk to me too much (which I appreciated), but just enough to be personable. My massage therapist, Jenna, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I drive 45 minutes north on the parkway specifically to see her. I have tried several different hand and stone locations when Jenna has had no openings and nobody even comes close!! Front staff is also super friendly and accommodating!!

This place employs rude, heartless, inconsiderate people. I purchased my boss a gift card here for a couples massage. I was unaware his wife, who has Liver cancer is unable to receive massage treatments. I called the same day that I purchased this gift card to ask for a refund and they showed absolutely no concern for the situation. They showed zero compassion and refused to give me back my money. Beyond unethical and cruel.

Horrible customer service experience…I have a large group coming in from out of town for the holidays and was looking for a nice quiet place in NJ to take some of my clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Rude and very sarcastic. You would think customer service would be a priority in an establishment like this one but obviously not. Hope they have enough “regulars” to keep them afloat because I will be sharing my horrible experience with everyone. Good Luck

Do not join at this location. They fail to return phone calls. The sales specialist provide different advice and the consumer ends up with an extra bill. The Hand and Stone in Fayetteville has exceptional customer service, returns calls, and not once I have been misguided. Stay away from the Aberdeen location. The sales specialist did not return my calls instead had an associate named Ashley third party relay information to me. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told “ they will provide the same direction”. I have put in a call to the corporate office in regards to the business tactics demonstrated at this location. Hope this helps you make an informed consumer decision.
