Ok so I’m not big on haircuts, but I was very pleased with Jo Anna. She eased my anxiety and didn’t do anything I didn’t want her to do. She is absolutely amazing and very professional. She doesn’t run away with her scissors but takes care in every cut. If you need a cut or a trim, Jo Anna is your girl. She will make you beautiful 🙂

I’m not one to be negative about things but, when I went to the “Hairworks Family Salon” I asked specifically “how much will it cost”? My cut takes a #0 “thats a number zero” to buzz my head. The lady quoted me $10.00, which I thought was fair. I usually pay $8.00 at my regular Barber. So I waited only a few minutes and was called by another stylist for my haircut. The cut only took 7 1/2 minutes and she was done. She rushed me through it so fast, she missed several areas and gouged my head up. When the cut was done, I pulled out my wallet, and as I walked to the register and the lady who cut my hair, she said, “that will be $27.50”. I reminded her that the other lady said that it would $10.00 so we both walked over to the other lady that quoted the original price and she said “it’s up to whoever cuts your hair.” I then asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager, and that there was nothing she could do about it now and then stated “sorry that’s the way things go sometimes.” So, I paid it and left. I will definitely not be going back there anytime soon. This is the 1st “not so good” review I have ever given. “Sorry That’s How Things Go Sometimes” Sad Huh?
