This place is do cute. The Stylists are all so nice. Jessica is the only person I have do my hair. She always does a great job. The Vampiira Facial is the best. Made my wrinkles disappear overnight. I scheduled an appt for a full set of acrylic nails 5 days prior to my appt. I show up about 10 minutes in advance of my 2 o’clock appt. I am met by the woman that does hair. She lets me know, Andrea, the nail tech is not in yet, but to have a seat and she will be in momentarily. No problem. I sit and wait and at about 2:15, the same woman asks if I have received a text from Andrea. I have not but she has. The nail tech has had food poisoning since the night prior and I will have to reschedule. I can understand being sick and having to cancel. What I cannot understand, is completely flaking on clients with absolutely no notice. Waiting until after I have showed up and waiting to inform the salon owner/mgr/whatever that I will have to reschedule when the appt should have already started is so unprofessional. I was very much looking forward to hopefully finding a great nail tech. It seems that will not be the case.

Friendly and nice… But my haircut, not so much. Looks nothing like the picture I showed her and way too short for me to even be able to style it to look similar… Not even a 1/2″ long in most places and this was the cut I was asking for.

I came in just 30 minutes before close for a haircut and I was amazed at how kind she (Melina) was to stay late and take time for me. I haven’t lived in Murray very long so this was my first salon experience here and I am so, so happy with it. I went in wanting a shorter haircut for the summer, but not entirely sure what I wanted and she was able to make something that I feel looked absolutely lovely on me and I never would have thought of. I’ll try to post a picture later when I have better lighting. Also, THE PRICE IS RIGHT. It was only $20 for the shampoo and cut (that could always change, so don’t quote me on prices) which is SO INEXPENSIVE. I was amazed. I walked out about 1000 times happier than when I walked in which is basically exactly what you want from a salon. Probably my best salon experience in the last 5 or 6 years for sure–which is amazing because I’ve lived in 5 different cities in that time. Two thumbs up!
