Decided to go to Rose twice to get my hair dyed and both times she did terrible! First time she didn’t make my hair pink the way I wanted, and all she offered was free toner. Then after a few months I decided to give Rose another chance and told her I wanted to dye my hair lavender. I sent her a picture what I wanted and when I got it done she got my hair as grey! When I wanted a refund all she offered was a toner! I will never go again, and I advise everyone to avoid her.

She did a great job cutting my kids hair. Rose was very knowledgeable about fashion and hair styles. My little girl likes having short hair, and Rose managed to keep it feminine and cute. Also, she has the latest in hair care available. Or she will at least know how to point you in the right direction. Always a favorite of mine and my kids!

Rose was so nice to fit me in with all the Covid backup back in July. She cut my hair according to the picture I showed her and it was okay, no complaints. Three months later, Rose scheduled me first thing on a Saturday morning. I arrived before the salon opened and waited in my car. I called and left a message 5 minutes after my appt time as no one had shown up yet. Then, I noticed someone walk behind my car and, afterwards, a car drove up really fast and disappeared behind the building. I checked the salon and lo and behold, Rose was inside washing someone’s hair! I popped in and she said this person had arrived before me, so… She then said she had accidentally overbooked and offered to reschedule me. Rose was so nice the first time I went to her but I didn’t appreciate whatever was going on the second time.

Critical: QualityI went it with my daughter for an emergency. Her hair was matted and ratted. We were excited she was able to get us in on short noticed since everyone is booked out since they have been closed.We got there she worked on the matted hair has much as she could then started chopping. Yes chopping and hacking. I mentioned a shorter look but she wanted to keep length. I see another appointment show up and know we are running out of time she tried “ make it look like we wanted it like this “ and attempted layering. When she was done it was uneven and chopping it was a horrible look for a 11 year old. I wish she was able to take her time and really do something to make it work for my daughter not just make it loook like we wanted it this way! I asked for a long bob with long layers, showed her a picture of what I wanted and everything. I know that it rarely looks like the picture but I would have been happy with something similar. I was in shock by the end of the cut, not realizing the extent of just how bad it was. I came in for a bob, and left with a mullet that was riddled with holes. I cant even style it to look right. The layers are chopped up and shelved. Its uneven in length. I was even asked by someone I know if I had asked for layers or shelves, thats how bad it is.

Made an appointment to get my hair colored. Went to appointment only to find out that the hairstylist was double booked. Ok, no problem. I agreed to reschedule for the following morning. Only to wake up to a voicemail asking me to reschedule again bc someone called and was upset and freaking out. Not cool. Not ok.
