Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst time, the stylist did a pretty mediocre job and made my bangs uneven. Decided to give them another chance, and the stylist actually did a good job that time, so that’s when I thought I could trust them. But the third time…oh god no, that stylist ended up giving me a bowl cut and just didn’t seem to care about what she was doing at all. First time, the stylist did a pretty mediocre job and made my bangs uneven. Decided to give them another chance, and the stylist actually did a good job that time, so that’s when I thought I could trust them. Starting from long straight hair, they did a very nice job of clipping my hair very short. Without the weight of the long tresses pulling it straight, I had more wave & style while having to do less prep each morning or whenever I wanted.

I had accidentally cut a little piece of my hair. I knew I was gonna have to go to the salon and get it fixed. I went to Hair crafters cause I know a few people there. I’ve never had a problem with anybody. Kathy sent me over to the other location in Beach Park and she had Becca do it. Becca did not seem to understand the haircut that I wanted even though I had showed her five pictures. I had to ask her three times to cut my hair and fix it. So I left the salon and I decided to wait for a couple days to see how I felt with the cut. And I absolutely hated it. I went back to the waukegan location where Gabby did my hair. I showed her one picture and she did my hair exactly how it was supposed to be done and I was amazed by how good she was. The only issue and problem here is is that I’m pretty upset with how short my hair is now because of all the cuts. I just called Kathy to explain how I was feeling about all this and I know that she’s just sticking up for the girls which is understandable but it was a little frustrating because customers come first and even though I know her you still have to treat me as a customer! I asked to have a little part of my head shaved and get it cleaned up and I was hoping that she would tell me it was free. But she didn’t and so I just wanted to make this comment because I think it’s just wrong and I believe that you guys all should know. Thank you.

They completely, absoleabso destroyed my hair. One side is longer than the other. I love my hair one length and mentionsm that and the girl who did it gave me long uneven bangs. I cried when I left, although it’s just hair, I work in customer service and people see my all day long. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out so I can have a PROFESSIONAL fix it.
