My technician is Bridget and she is so wonderful and professional. Her professionalism is the best I’ve ever seen. She can do everything and is a real expert. A year ago I had pretty much lost the hair on my temples and suffered from an allergy to minoxidil. I joined HCMW in August and have followed their EXT program, with the exception that I do not use the minoxidil. I bought the laser hair band and use it as directed along with the other products. Eight months later and I am extremely pleased. The hair on my temples has regenerated and at this point is about 2 1/2 inches long. The density of the hair is catching up to the rest of my hair and the thickness is also progressing. I am very happy that I made the investment and am seeing such positive results. The staff is professional, proficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them and their program.

She is very professional, offers advice on how to properly maintain my system, and I always leave my appointment looking and feeling really good. Hair Club and Mary both get 5 stars from me.
