Critical: ProfessionalismI am sooooo disappointed in this place. I really felt like they cared about my hair but was a complete waist of money. I went for light blonde and left looking like an ash tray. My stylist had to ask someone else who had no idea what i even wanted about what color toner she should use… why would you do that?! Then charged me $50 more for product when they cut more then a foot of my hair off. Definitely will not be letting them touch my hair again.. i do not trust them.Thank God for youtube because I had to fix my own hair the day after. I was so depressed and angry. I am sooooo disappointed in this place. I really felt like they cared about my hair but was a complete waist of money. I went for light blonde and left looking like an ash tray. My stylist had to ask someone else who had no idea what i even wanted about what color toner she should use… why would you do that?! Then charged me $50 more for product when they cut more then a foot of my hair off. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place! The owner is wonderful!! very helpful and she knows her hair! Storm did my hair and its beautiful! she was super friendly and helped me fix my hair. I went in with hot pink hair that was so stubborn!! I went to 2 different salons that turned me away, but candice and storm put together a plan and they took my hair back to a beautiful natural brown color! The other staff is super friendly and easy to talk to which I really enjoy! It’s a fun and friendly atmosphere but still very professional. I love this place! The owner is wonderful!! very helpful and she knows her hair! Storm did my hair and its beautiful! she was super friendly and helped me fix my hair. I went in with hot pink hair that was so stubborn!! I went to 2 different salons that turned me away, but candice and storm put together a plan and they took my hair back to a beautiful natural brown color! After several attempts at various salons, a friend referred me to her and I have been going to her ever since. Candice was able to achieve her dream of owning her own salon, and it truly is beautiful. More importantly, I know that when I go there, I will always receive the best treatment and advice for my hair, whether it is cut, color, or health. She also does my daughters hair and they are equally thrilled. She attends all the continuing education hair shows, keeping current with all the latest techniques and styles. All the girls at Haircandy are amazing. As for your fingers and toes, Wanda is simply the best there is. There isn’t anything she can’t do. If you are looking for a cheap haircut you can go somewhere else and get just that, a cheap haircut and it will show. If you are looking for an excellent haircut or color, or whatever it may be, Haircandy is the place to go. Her prices are fair. You are getting years of experience and knowledge. I’m sure there are plenty of very talented and experienced hair dressers in town, but I would not go anywhere else. This place is positive, happy, and fun. Candice has been doing my hair for 14 years. After several attempts at various salons, a friend referred me to her and I have been going to her ever since. Candice was able to achieve her dream of owning her own salon, and it truly is beautiful. More importantly, I know that when I go there, I will always receive the best treatment and advice for my hair, whether it is cut, color, or health. One of the worse salon experiences I have ever had in this state! Candace the owner did my hair for 2 years before shoving me off on someone fresh out of beauty school without asking my permission. My hair was ruined with bleach, hideous orange streaks painted in the back I have so much breakage now as well. She charged me to fix my hair (the orange parts). Please beware of this salon!!!!!!!
