By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done. The in-depth questions about my current hair care routine and analysis of my hair that was given to me was appreciated. I felt as if I was talking to a friend that just cared about the well being of me and my hair. Nay was very conversational and knowledgeable about hair health. I went in knowing I would have to have my hair cut due to damage from giving birth,PPD and lack of care but I did not expect to still have length and for my hair to look as amazing as it does. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start their healthy hair journey.

Horrible, horrible experience! Firstly, it takes entirely too long to book an appointment “, there’s no reason for appointments to only be available 3 months out. She recommends many treatments but it’s clearly useless if you can only see her once a year. Secondly, she used some kind of off brand shampoo and conditioner that completely killed my hair. Then she processed to fry my hair with a blow dryer and flat iron. She heavyset and can barely move around, has her dirty kids running through the messy shop; it’s just a mess. I cannot believe I paid over $300 for this trash! Never again.
