Worst haircut I have ever had from Candice. I booked for myself and my daughter for a shampoo and cut. She gave my daughter a decent haircut but then blow dried and styled (and charged me for it) without asking. I was squeezed in to the remainder of the appointment time (60 min total) and she was more concerned about having to tell her next appt that she was running late than giving me a decent cut. I have curly hair so it’s difficult to guage the quality of the cut unless it’s wet. I had asked for 2 inches off and long layers. She spent about 5 minutes cutting my hair. I found after I showered that there were chunks of hair that weren’t even cut and no layers. Had to go elsewhere to have it fixed.

I’m all about giving places a second chance.. for example my first time at hair works was not great, but I decided maybe it was just a bad day. I went again made an appointment and waited almost an hour.. by the way the same thing happened last time, I understand running a little bit behind schedule but it has been every time I tried this place.. I think it’s safe to say I’ll be going somewhere else, it’s really a bummer because I made this appointment two weeks before..

Michelle did a great job on my sons hair! I wanted layers like thru out my hair. I said I didn’t want a shampoo because I had already washed it. Still it was washed. It was only layered like from the strands towards the front of my face. No layers in my back. Normally when I would go get cuts and my hairs wet they would dry it. No, I went out with my hair wet. After I was home and my hair was dry my hair doesn’t look like the picture I showed at all. For 21.00 I guess I expected more ♀️ The women were very friendly tho, it’s just I wasn’t excited as I was after my cut like I was before.
