I really dont know where to begin… First of all, let me start by saying that I have never given a review before and I am also far from being a picky person. I would not recommend to my friends to get their hair done by CATHY and here is why: When someone has been in the business for 40+ years that actually starts to count against them. I dont want to sound mean, but I really think her sanity is in question due to her age. My hair didnt turn out as she said it would, she kept me there for 5 hours, she talked like a really difficult and crazy person and instead of feeling happy and pampered after my salon retreat, I felt really exhausted and annoyed. I really dont have words to describe the way she talks to you. At first, I was ok with her sounding a little crazy but later I realized that is not just a little, is a lotttt. She does have talent left and she gave me a low price which is why I give her two stars. But I really think anyone for that money can get way better somewhere else.
