Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my mom went to get our hair cut and highlighted at jeanies and she did a horrible job she literally chopped our hair off uneven everywhere my mothers hair was so short it humiliated her! She basically died our hair and not to mention how many patches she had in my hair and my moms one side was longer then other on her bangs and on mine they were basically cut to the top of my head me and my mom just went and had to get it all corrected 200 dollars and I have before and after photos the before would be when jeanie did it and after is infinity salon in peebles they did so wonderful on our hair!! Jeanie we would like a refund we were very unsatisfied with our hair to the point of humiliation! I am posting photos to show someone and warn them before they want to go to this woman! Here’s after pictures that jeanie did and damaged our hair.. few days later we went and had ours corrected at another salon wich is infinity salon in peebles ohio check it out they are amazing!!! Me and my mom went to get our hair cut and highlighted at jeanies and she did a horrible job she literally chopped our hair off uneven everywhere my mothers hair was so short it humiliated her! I have owned and ran a successful business, Jeannie’s Hair Sensation for 32 years, I enjoy my work, but Google has allowed a customer’s review on my Google map, this person has slandered me and my business by saying I had an unclean Salon, Google, you can check with the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, and you will see this was a lie, also this person called me 2 days later wanting her money back after she had dumped bleach on the top of her Mother in Law’s hair at home, pic is at a residence not my Salon, this girl said she would ruin me, if I didn’t give her money back, so next morning I checked my Google map review, there was a vulgar picture implying it was me I got in touch with Google to take it down ,it was on there 2 days, the bad review is still on there,did you know, that if you give a review on Google you get points, so Google I deserve extra points and by the way you can leave this review up also, I would appreciate that, and Google has had scam security reports on my phone, when I had already purchased McAfee Premium for my TMobile phone!

Called and asked about getting a hair cut and she told me yes to stop on by. So when I did, she wasn’t there. She went to the store and then I had to wait 10 minutes for her. When she FINALLY got back, she told me she couldn’t do it now. Wasted my gas and time. Would NOT recommend!

Called ahead of time for a friend and my boyfriend to have a hair cut. She agreed to do them both. I drove them up there and she wasn’t there, then when she finally arrived she said she wasn’t going to do any hair cuts after we had called and confirmed with her that she would . After we had driven 30 minutes there she wasted our time and money!
