Easy to make appointments because this place isn’t as busy as other Hair Saloon branches. Michelle did a great job with my 9 year old son who is fairly squirrely and wary of being cut by the clippers. She gave him a great haircut, cleaned him up, and provided useful styling points. The haircut was also not rushed and she made sure he left happy and handsome. The other staff are similarly welcoming and proficient. They were quick to greet customers and get them checked in and thorough in cleaning up the work space in between clients.

Nice clean place and friendly staff. I get a buzz cut and most other stylist go real fast and charge full cut prices. She took her time to make sure it was done well, and was 1/2 the cost I expected.Will be back. Haircut

Absolutely horrible never had a a worse haircut. I came here and asked for a 3 1/2 on the sides and a trim on the top and she ended up cutting off 4 inches. I can’t go in public either without a hat because the sides are so patchy. Do not go here. Please. Haircut

This is not a review about the haircut I received, but about the disregard for scheduling. The last time I was there, I didn’t get a haircut. That’s because I was kept waiting over 25 minutes despite booking an appointment through their scheduling system. That was the 2nd time they took a walk-in ahead of me and kept me waiting over 15 minutes. No warning, no apologies, nothing. I suppose it’s my own fault right? Fool me twice…

Three weeks ago, I made an on-line appointment with their booking tool and requested to have my haircut by the stylist (Tiffany) that cut my hair the last time I was there. Yesterday was the third time that I had my hair cut at Hair Saloon. The first two times, I believe that another stylist and Tiffany understood exactly how I wanted to have my hair cut and I had a very good experience.
