Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOver the past 20 years, Joan has cut my hair many times. She has also taken care of my family members. She has always done a perfect job. One time, someone talked me into getting my hair cut at a different place, and it was the very worst haircut. I left that place in tears and drove right to Joan. She didn’t laugh at me or make me feel horrible for going somewhere else…she took me in right away and was very compassionate. This last time I went in, I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year and a half. It was so very long so I figured I would try a different style. I searched online for photos of what I needed. Joanne was new for me. I showed her the photos and she knew just the cut I was looking for. It’s not an easy cut and it takes longer to do, but she did it perfect!!! I was so happy!!! Over the past 20 years, Joan has cut my hair many times. She has also taken care of my family members. She has always done a perfect job. One time, someone talked me into getting my hair cut at a different place, and it was the very worst haircut. I left that place in tears and drove right to Joan.
