I scheduled for our Grandmother who is in an adult home. Day 1 she messaged she was going to be late then kept pushing the time out until it was after 9 pm when appt was at 2pm. Then she said she would come the next day at 3 and kept messaging she was coming and never showed. One of the days she got there to late and facility turned her away because they had been waiting all day and night.All the while having our Grandma sitting at the door on a hard chair waiting for hours!! Grandma is disabled!! It was so gross and disrespectful!!! If you can’t make it just cancel!!

It was really difficult to get an appointment and it took about a month of contacting Brenda. But I hung in because everyone is struggling right now and because I cannot go to a hair salon right now. I finally got an appointment for me and all of my kids, organized our day around it, and she never showed or called. My call goes straight to voicemail ever since.
