I usually hunt for a stylist 4 or 5 times when I move to a new area because I’m so picky. Sandy does a great job every single time. So long as I live in the are and she cuts hair. That’s where I’m going.

I called in and asked for a wash and a blow out with a round brush I said I had long,thick hair when j hot there was told how Pat should have been given more time. She proceeded to wash my hair which was fine however the blow dry was done with 0 product and a comb which obviously done nothing but make my hair frizzy she just kept pushing the front and bangs backwards until her next client came in and said she was finished with my hair. My hair was frizzy with no shape or direction and mostly damp still mainly on the underneath. When I said it was still wet underneath she told me it was “that wet” and when I said I requested a blowout with a round brush she told me she didn’t speak to me on the phone. Also when I pointed out how frizzy and awful it looked she told told it was because I needed a trim. And after all that was charged $30 for a mostly damp frizzy wash and half blow dry. I wasn’t offered a discount I was actually up charges since on the phone I was told it would $22-24. Absolutely horrible experience.

Hair Express has been a pillar in this community for many years. Times have changed, the area has grown, there are more salons but I still find myself coming back here for superior service. Sandy is my go to professional for all of my hair needs. Sandy is METICULOUS! She is not an “assembly line” stylist. You need to make an appointment for her service. She takes her time. She asks you questions and answers yours to be sure you will be pleased with the results. Always thrilled with my results!
