Have always had somewhat mixed experiences here, but most recently I had a stylist who was far too aggressive. She couldn’t do anything unless my head was in the EXACT right position for her. I’ve never had my head pulled and prodded this much during a haircut. No small talk, just a quiet, awkward haircut. And then to top it off, she was far too hard with the razor when cleaning my neck up. It was enough that I was curious what my neck looked like, which I’ve never had in my life. I don’t know if she was hurrying and trying to get me out of there or what. Please encourage your stylists to be a little more gentle!

The following review was from my husband from a recent visit he had. “I am not sure whether I want to return to this business. The hair stylist I had gave a good effort, but I did not appreciate having to wait outside when the store would open in just a few minutes, then suddenly when a certain kind of other customer arrived it was alright to open the door, I really felt disrespected. In all my life experience whenever I was early to an haircut appointment and the person sees that I’m there, I would get the courtesy of coming inside. I submitted this experience in a feedback survey that was sent to me, but since no one followed up with me, I guess treating people like this is alright with them.”

I got a haircut from Phillip. He was lazy and rushed the whole thing. Missed spots and did a horrible job. He rushed me out of the door. He didn’t ask if I was happy with my haircut, he didn’t care at all.
