What a DISAPPOINTMENT! I come to Weston Location almost every week. Never got a discount for anything and on top of that every time prices change. Finally Teresa, one of the stylist, explained to me that charges vary when I choose a specific person. If I do not choose anyone, then the price for service is less. WHY??? Hector, the stylist, who did my hair today was very rude when I requested an explanation about the prices. Very bad customer service!! At least Teresa was polite and ready to look for an explanation. She stopped what she was doing to help.

Save your time and money. Horrible experience! The ladies spoke Spanish above me, not knowing I understand. Gloria stated to the other that she wasn’t good at the type of cut I asked for, but this time is the charm. I have long straight hair and asked for a V cut. A very simple cut which I already had, I just needed it shorter. When she was done with my hair it was sopping wet and I couldn’t see the shape. I asked her to dry it where she then proceeded to made adjustments seeing how choppy it really was. No price chart was hung up, It was rushed and VERY unprofessional. I’d like to give zero stars.
