I went is with pictures of the color I wanted… my hair had to be bleached which was horribly done… after the bleach was applied I was sent home until the next day bc after the bleach was applied I was told they didn’t have enough of the color I wanted so I would have to come back so the first 2 photos Are the colors I wanted with the green as the base and the silver at the ends in a balayage…. The 3rd photo is the bleach job I was sent home with and the 4th is the “finished” product… instead of saying “I can’t do that” my hair was butchered not to mention it cost me 250 dollars… also o just found a bald spot in my hair line…. I’m literally crying

Called to schedule an appointment, after being on hold for 2-3 minutes call connected to salon. I don’t think staff was aware call connected, all I heard was staff complaining. Complaining about clients, phones ringing, people expectations, too many things to list here. Completely unprofessional, and just over sad customers service. Best thing they could do was hang up on me without saying word once they realized I’ve been listening to them berate everything for a good 2-3 minutes. I understand it’s a jack in the box salon, but that does not justify how unprofessional staff is.

After our experience with Great Clips, we found this place just down the road. My children had their hair trimmed here and they absolutely loved it so go here when their hair needed trimming. We visited here 5 times already and each lady did a fabulous job. The best time to go is during week days, preferably late afternoon or early morning. The place opens at 9 am and on July 4th. Staff are awesome.

I came in earlier to get a trim. she said she was gonna cut off about 3 inches I only sat in the chair for about six minutes it was really fast and rushed by the time my dad got to Walmart which is right behind the store I was done .I paid for a cut and wash she did not shampoo my hair my total with a 20% tip was $32. i’m very disappointed I’ve been crying nonstop since about 12 o’clock since I got it done and got in the car because my hair is screwed. I was very excited to go back to school but now I just wanna do homeschool because my hair is so messed up and now I have to wait months for it to grow back to even get someone to fix it because I did not want my hair short. I look silly its embarrassing and uneven I have homecoming I have family pictures I have school pictures coming up and now I don’t even wanna to partake in any of those because of how ugly I look now this ruin my life
