I travel from Ashburn Virginia to this location every few months, bypassing several other locations near me, because of the stylist Kim I have been going to for years first at Reston and when that location closed to Vienna. I don’t have to explain what needs to be done, she calls to remind me, and she is very careful given covid to make sure I am safe. Its pretty busy and it is a long return trip but worth the drive.

She provides wonderful advise on what works best with your type of hair and won’t let you do something that just won’t work. I also love that I don’t have to spend my whole day in a salon. I learned my lesson the hard way. If you have curly hair and you want an awful haircut, go to this place. Leslie was super sweet and nice, but she absolutely butchered my hair. I went to another location to fix it by another stylist, and it’s still so bad. Uneven and choppy. I looked like I had two different hair cuts. Never go to hair cuttery. Spend the extra dollar for a higher quality salon.

I am a black woman with natural hair and went to this salon for a big chop. The first hairdresser came over and assessed what I wanted and clearly communicated that she did not know how to style my hair. Another one of the employees came up and said she would love to cut my hair and could do a good job because to her all hair is hair LOL. I appreciate the first lady being honest instead of giving me a bad haircut she told me the truth. But I was also happy to have the second employee help me. She did a great job and my hair was looking fly! I should not have tried to get a haircut here but it ended up working out for the best

Came here looking to make a drastic change in my hairstyle. I liked how Sarah a senior hair designer here took her time with me to talk about what to do with my hair. Especially since due to rain there weren’t other customers waiting; I felt she took the quality over quantity approach and gave me her best advice. Never have I met a person so good at their job, personable, and sweet as Leslie. I’ve recommended her to so many people, and they’ve all come back with nothing but compliments.
