Annaliese gave me an incredible pixie cut this afternoon. It turned out just like the picture and I couldn’t have asked for a better result, especially since it’s a little more of a complicated cut. She cut my daughter‘s hair into an adorable long bob and she also previously cut mine into a stacked bob. She is very very talented!!! Annaliese is so friendly and fun to talk to too. I absolutely recommend her!!

It’s a hit or miss. the first time my son loved his haircut, the second time choosing the same stylist, asked for same cut, it was totally different. So much hair was left uneven. We came home, got out my shear scissors and did the best I could to fix it. They need more experience with soft, thick/coarse hair.

My sister went in to get a haircut and I’m convinced we had the same man. I went in to get a good bit off my hair in May. He’s rude and has absolutely no knowledge of hair. Plus his hair cutting skills are scary (and not in a good way). I believe his name is Chris or Christopher. If we both had a poor experience with him, I think it’s worth writing a review to let people know about him and his service. Not pleased.

I got my hair shampoo and deep condition, cut and blowout and my stylist was Amber. She was extremely friendly, skilled and i left loving my new hair cut. I’ve taken my son to this location to get a perm twice before. Never had an issue. He had an appointment scheduled today at 4:30. We were there on time as we only live a few minutes away. Walked in and sat down. There was only one hairdresser finishing up with a client. After 10 mins another hairdresser walks to the register and I tell her we have a 4:30 appt. She walks to the back and an older guy that wears a hat comes out to meet us. He said, “It’s 4:42 and there is no longer enough time for a perm.” I told him we have a 4:30 appt and we were on time. No one else was out here to greet us or see what we needed. He tells my son to sit in his chair. He goes to the back for 5 mins or so and comes back and says, “we can’t do the perm today anyways because we don’t have the solution for it.” This man was so rude and obviously was just not in the mood to work or do my son’s perm. If they didn’t have the chemicals to do the perm they should’ve never scheduled the appointment for me. I asked the other hairdresser for the manager’s name, it’s Paige Grimmett. I will be contacting her tomorrow because the customer service was terrible and she needs to know.
