I made an appointment by phone show’d up 15 minute early. Only to be told they did not have appointment set for me. After waiting 3 days to get a hair cut. The lady helping me looked at me like I had 10 head. There was one person getting haircuts in the whole place. I guest she was to busy on her phone to make it right and give me a hair cut! Instead let a customer walk out. Ignorance will get you nowhere!!!

Got a call an hour before saying they wouldn’t have time to do that but we could come in for a consult and schedule for another day. The person that cut my hair argued with me about what type of cut I had been getting for years. Then she didn’t do what I asked. She poked me in the face with her nails. Insisted if she did not put stuff in my hair she was burning my hair and argued with me when I refused to have her put stuff in my hair. All this plus my husband got his hair butchered and she shaved his eyebrows instead of clipping them. All for 59 dollars plus tip. Not going back.

Decent trim but it took less than 10 minutes for shampoo and cut and I paid the same amount I would at a privately owned salon for an actual haircut. Prices online misleading. Shampoo very rough, could feel hair being ripped out.
