I booked an appointment online for November 25th at 5:30pm. I was very excited about this hair cut as I have a wedding to attend on Saturday November26th. I show up at 5:10pm only to see a sign saying they are closed due to staffing. I have over 6 emails and text reminding me about my appointment, but nothing saying my appointment was cancelled. I understand they short staffed and that is not why I’m upset … it’s because I work about 45 min away and live closer to this salon and rushed to get here on time. I run a business too and my time is valuable so this is what upsets me .

The so- called professionals in this hair salon/ establishment are extremely rude and very unprofessional, from the moment you enter until you leave the appointment. You’re treated outrageously terrible. I definitely will not be returning here nor recommending it to anyone I know friends/family. Everyone whom I spoke to was very nice and my stylist was very sweet and nice as well. But I feel like my hair looks the same in my opinion it only looks like I got a hair cutt. No one noticed I even got it done and I spent 300$ on it. I wanted a drastic change and it just didn’t work out that way. If you have dark or red hair and want something eye catchingly different I suggest you find a salon that uses safe hair bleach and specializes in what you want. I never leave reviews but I left really upset and never speak up and never want any problems. I just wanted to do something for myself that people would go WOW you look different. Again the hair stylists are super sweet
