I got the worst hair cut of my life here yesterday. Not sure the name of the guy who cut my hair, but he was tall, with hair on the longer side. He seemed unsure of himself from the very beginning, even tho all i asked for was a trim. Nothing fancy no layers or color or anything- just about an inch off so that my hair would fall at my shoulders. He cut it and showed it to me and it was not at my shoulders at all, it was way longer so he offered to fix it. I said okay, and then he did it again, showed it to me and it was HORRIBLY uneven. The right side was way longer than the left side. It looks awful, my entire head of hair is different lengths. He apologized profusely and tried to offer me a free hair cut for next time but i refused because i will not be returning. Anyone should be able to provide a simple trim. I will not be returning to this location nor any other location and would not recommend it to anyone. Pay the money and go elsewhere

Rachel did an incredible job on both mine and my daughter’s haircuts. She is very easy to talk to, made us very comfortable and made the trip to the salon so much fun. She took her time to make sure we had a great experience and that we got the cuts we wanted. She also helped me pick out some much needed haircare products. We will definitely continue coming back to see her for our cuts and anything else in the future.

Just…don’t do it. Pay the extra $20 and go to Ulta further down the shopping center. I asked for a blunt bob, essentially maintaining the cut I already had. I received this. It’s supposed to be shorter in the back and longer in the front. Now I look and feel horrible, fantastic! 10/10 would not recommend. Haircut

Snalyn is FANTASTIC. She makes genuine conversation but doesn’t push you if you don’t feel like talking, either. Very personable and, honestly, fun. I really like how she explained the whole process start to finish, as this was my first time lightening my hair before dyeing (I’m so glad I did to achieve the color I wanted). She did a fantastic job, color is even better than I expected it to look on me; everything is even and vibrant. I walked out feeling 10x more confident.

I specifically asked my stylist if she’s cut a kids hair before and she said “oh yeah a bunch.” I asked for a bang trim/face framing, some style to it, and flow. She made my daughter into an Amish page boy. Cutting her bangs bluntly across, as well as the back. I had to ask her to try and fix the bangs, and while she did she just kept repeating “it’s only hair. It’ll grow back.” This was my daughters first
