Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just moved to PA from FL and was in dire need of a haircut. I have thick, frizzy, wavy hispanic hair and I’m typically very hesitant about getting my hair cut. At the time I had very long damaged hair and wanted something shorter. I scheduled my appointment for the same day and was greeted and taken care of promptly. I had the pleasure of meeting Vi and she did such a wonderful job on my hair. It’s probably one of the first times I’ve left a salon happy and confident with my haircut. She was so sweet and paid a great amount of attention to making sure the cut was good. I just moved to PA from FL and was in dire need of a haircut. I have thick, frizzy, wavy hispanic hair and I’m typically very hesitant about getting my hair cut. At the time I had very long damaged hair and wanted something shorter. I scheduled my appointment for the same day and was greeted and taken care of promptly. I had the pleasure of meeting Vi and she did such a wonderful job on my hair. It’s probably one of the first times I’ve left a salon happy and confident with my haircut. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTo start I haven’t had my hair cut in over a year because all of my experiences in my area (Harrisburg) prior were so terrible to say the least. I tried to cut my hair myself because I was desperate but then stopped because I felt like I was going to mess it up. So I called 2 other shops yesterday and overall this one just sounded welcoming over the phone. I explained over the phone what I needed done and I came in at my scheduled time. I was greeted upon entering and it was a warm vibe in the salon. Leah was my stylist and she was AMAZING! She was very sweet and polite and very friendly. They took me back about 5 mins after my scheduled time and it overall took about 20 mins since I came in pre washed and pressed. I tried to cut my hair myself because I was desperate but then stopped because I felt like I was going to mess it up.
