First visit here and had a wonderful time! I have a head FULL of long hair…I was there for 4+ hours while SWEET Debbie worked with my hair. That’s a very long time for some people, but I loved it! It gave me time to observe my surroundings. In my 40+ years, I have never felt so much positive vibes in a hair salon. Just left here and I cannot thank these women enough for all their help. As a single mom I was petrified for my sons first haircut (almost 2 years old) and Francis and the other stylist with the toys saved the day and help my son calm down as they cut away! I keep my hair in a Bob Style, I am a female of 66 years old. To me, a Bob keeps the fullness with the bottom turned in slightly. I received that kind of cut once in my four visits, by Francine. And, on my last visit, February 16, 2022, I had the same stylist. Not only did Francine did not cut it so the ends turned in, but at the end of the cut, ‘you don’t get a blow dry right’? What kind of question is that to ask the customer. I am looking for another hair salon.

I came in for a wash, cut and blow dry straight. Something like this normally takes at least 30-45 minutes because my hair is very long. I was in and out in 20 minutes. She had me stand during the entire haircut which I’ve never had to do and was very weird to me. She used no heat protection while blow drying my hair. I requested my hair to be trimmed all one length. When I left and looked in the mirror, one side is very uneven. Some spots are at least an inch shorter or longer than other spots. I’m going to have to go somewhere to get it fixed because it is so horrible. I will never be returning here.

The salon itself is very nice. Very clean, organized, and the staff are friendly. However, I can’t seem to walk out of there with a decent haircut. Even when I think I’m on the same page as the stylist, I always seem to look in the mirror and just sigh. I don’t know why I keep going back, except for the fact I’m still new to the area and don’t know where else to go. If you use this place, book your appointment through the app and request a senior stylist, may be more $ but I’m sure less heartache overall.
