I walked into the shop with my 8 year son and husband. The woman had one client on the chair and NOBODY else in the shop. She rudely told us she’s busy and couldn’t even come up with a time should would be done. My husband kindly suggested an hour she said yes that’s perfect here’s my number call in advance. While we walked around the mall I called her multiple times no answer. After an hourI walked back. She had three new customers in the shop and told me she can’t take my son for another hour. I told her that we were here first and that she had us waiting. super unprofessional NEVER GOING BACK. I never EVER write reviews but this was the word service I’ve ever experienced.
