Fabulous experience working with the Hair by Michael & Co team for a wedding group! Kelli coordinated updos/blowouts and makeup for our party of 6. She was great at communication throughout the process and provided us with a timeline for the day. Amanda and Alexis did an awesome job with styling and kept a fun and positive attitude in the salon (even though it was really early in the morning!). We finished everything 30 minutes ahead of schedule and there was no stress or time crunch. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked amazing for photos, at the wedding, and late into the night! Highly recommend if you have a wedding in the Springfield area!

ALEXIS understood my fear; made me feel welcomed, like a friend, and I’ve never looked back! She puts together an awesome color, magic scissors, the best design suggestions, and is so friendly! The wait was short and Stacey did a phenomenal job on my hair!! I was skeptical since I can never find anyone to do my hair right, but she is now the only person I will let touch my hair!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for about 6 or years and have only had positive experiences with all the staff here. The place is clean and very nicely decorated. My stylist is Natalie and she is awesome! Her speciality is corrective color, so if you’ve been somewhere else and not happy with the results I’d suggest going to Hair by Michael so you can have her fix it!
