Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. Ly was trying to fix the fact that the color at my roots was different from the rest of my hair. I completely agreed it needed fixing and agreed to my roots being darker than they were. Honestly we had such a lengthy discussion about how the roots may be “too dark” I was getting worried. I assumed what we were doing was pretty straightforward, it’s not like I wanted to go from brunette to light pink. So, fast forward, my roots came out RED. It was not very visible initially but when I washed my hair OMG. When I texted Ly she did not offer for me to come in to have a look, she basically said I was lying because she “did not add red”. Not thrilled with my haircut either but compared to how my roots look it is nothing. Not recommended.
