To begin, I want emphasize that Endo is a very talented stylist. She’s very knowledgeable and I never left her salon with a bad hairstyle. I also want to acknowledge that she is often helpful with working with you if you need to reschedule your appointment. While there were times I had to move my schedule around to accommodate changes in her schedule, it wasn’t a huge deal because she had been flexible with me. There were also times that she got me breakfast (twice) and lunch (once) and I offered to pay her back, she said I didn’t need to. It was very kind and appreciated. But while I had those experiences, I was disappointed with a number of other things that eventually led to me ending my patronage of her shop.
