Hello, welcome to Hair By Elaine located inside the Surfside Sola Salons. I offer 20 years experience and specialize in Color/Cutting/Straightening techniques. One color line does not fit all, so I use a variety of professional color lines such as Pravana, Redken, and Pulp Riot to achieve your desired look. Your haircut is EVERYTHING!! I am a Layer Haircut Specialist and love to work with a variety of tools such as shears, razors, and clippers. I am Keratherapy Certified and offer Keratherapy Brazilian Renewal Treatments for all your smoothing, defrizzing, and straightening needs.
