Critical: ValueI went for a trial hairstyle for a wedding shoot and Sarah spent 20 minutes with me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and proceeded to do thing totally different. She didn’t even wash and dry my hair. Sarah charged me $85 ($102 with tip). The price would have been justified if she spent at least an hour with me. I am so disappointed and would not recommend her. I went for a trial hairstyle for a wedding shoot and Sarah spent 20 minutes with me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and proceeded to do thing totally different. She didn’t even wash and dry my hair. Sarah charged me $85 ($102 with tip). The price would have been justified if she spent at least an hour with me. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely LOVE this salon. I’ve never been to a place where everyone is so happy, friendly & welcoming. And the quality of hair care, color & cut is second to none! I live in SouthPark and it is SO worth the drive to Matthews. I regularly see Emily, but Amber & Mikayla have helped me out lots of times.
