i almost don’t want to write a positive review because i want to keep tina to myself! she’s so kind and patient and takes her time to do her work well. that’s not to say she isn’t quick and timely because she very much is! she has a little bag of notes she keeps for every client so my hair turns out perfect every time. i’ve been getting my hair lightened here for years and she makes it look so natural while also keeping my hair healthier than ever. it’s always the perfect shade and she never even uses toner idk how she does it! the price is unbeatable for the services you get.

I have been going here for many years. Last time a customer insulted me and ask me if I was going to kill or rob the place. He asked me because I was wearing my mask. No one at the hair salon said anything to him. He continued until he left. The manager didn’t say or asked him to leave. When he left I did my hair and decided that I would never go back again because I don’t feel comfortable and safe if this individual is there. One of the ladies told me he was a Trump supporter I told her that does not give him the right to profile me as a thief nor a criminal. He did it because I am a woman of colored. I wrote an email on their website and the owner or general manager never call me to at least apologized.

Got partial highlights recently and have my hair feeling like straw. My natural hair is fine and soft. I specified that I wanted similar color to what I already had. She did not tell me till the very end that they don’t have any similar color also she bleached my hair which ruined my hair. I have gotten highlights before and this one was just a disaster

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ignore the cheap prices and low wait time. There is a reason that the place is always empty. My hair looks terrible and the person pretending to be a hair stylist did not listen to a word I said. The first thing she did was the opposite of what I asked her to do. I asked for a blend and she pulled out the clippers with a 2 guard and proceeded to shave into the middle of my head. It is complete trash. Instead of having a classic parted hair comb over which I asked for. I now have a mohawk on the right side of my head. I am now in the process of either trying to salvage this haircut by going somewhere else or by just shaving my entire head and starting over. AVOID THIS TRASH SALON.
