Had the worst experience I had gone to get my nails lady literally took them off painfully. I asked her if she had acetone she said yes but still didn’t use it. I went there to get my nails removed so I wouldn’t have to painfully do it myself

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went 2 days ago and this is one of the worst salons ever. I must admit my nails are cute but the service was AWEFUL. First, They cut me 4 times, one of my cuts was on my thumb and it ended up getting badly infected. my cuticle area is red/purple and the scab is YELLOW! (its not even polish because my nails are like a pink mixed with brown color) not only did they cut me but they cut my sisters nails and i’m very surprised hers didn’t get infected cause her cuts are way deeper! Second, the lady working on my nails was rude!!!!! she kept mumbling anything she’d ask me and when i’d ask what she said she’s get angry and shout. I asked her what color i should get and normally they suggest a color or help u choose but she said “i don’t know it’s not my set” and basically just rude. Lastly, the sanitation was dirty, he work space was just not clean. mail dust everywhere i even found someone’s chopped nails on my seat! I went 2 days ago and this is one of the worst salons ever. I must admit my nails are cute but the service was AWEFUL. First, They cut me 4 times, one of my cuts was on my thumb and it ended up getting badly infected. my cuticle area is red/purple and the scab is YELLOW! Giving 3 stars for their attention and attitudes. Their gel manicure was terrible. I kept telling the man I saw bubbles in my nails and he replied “it’s ok”. Didn’t file my nails down smoothly and left my cuticles full of polish, yet my gel color is thicker on some parts more than others. They’re clearly just not done right. Never going back to this place. Prices are good and if you need your nails done asap then this is where to go but idnt expect a 5 star job. They need a lot of practice.

Cheap nail polish. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my toes was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR GEL POLISH TO LAST. And to top it off, they accidentally CHARGED ME TWICE for $60 had to go back to get a refund in cash.

The lady that did my nails cut off my skin and didn’t do them the right shape but the colors were very nice I’ve gone there 3 times and 2 times I got the lady but they also do the nails roughly.
