A 10 star experience! I received a weekly massage from Stephen for about 5 years while he was in the Memphis area. In my nursing profession I am hunched over people all day while treating them and I began having a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back as well as vascular pain in my legs. Most of the massage therapists I tried over the years would either leave me feeling sore for days because the massages were too deep and painful or they would be so light that I would receive no improvement. (If someone says they need to hurt you to help you then they have not been well trained) Stephen has an additional medical massage certification and is so knowledgeable. He has helped me tremendously. He consistently gets all of my knots out without ever hurting me and has also helped my leg issues. When I first started getting massages I could barely stand my legs being touched, especially around my knees from vascular problems. Within a few weeks of gentle therapeutic leg massage with Stephen, he was able to start increasing pressure very comfortably to a full pressure massage on my legs that has ever since felt amazing. The lymphatic drainage that you get with a good massage is so healing! It has helped the veins in my legs immensely. You will not find a more intuitive massage therapist If you enjoy energy work and sound frequency be sure to ask him to include that as well, it is a wonderful experience. My loss is Gulf Shores gain for sure. I have had massages from around the world so trust me when I say that you now have one of the best massage therapists on the planet. . I told my husband we will be spending many more vacations in Gulf Shores : )

The whole experience with Gulf Shores Massage and Body was very good. From the appointment and communication regarding the appointment to the parking, location, and the space itself. But most importantly the massage was very good. Stephen was able to work on pressure points to work out some stiffness without any pain or too much pressure.
