The first picture was my reference and the second picture was what I got. Amazing! I am SO happy, they look phenomenal! They are extremely sturdy and beautifully shaped. I then got a pedicure from Hannah which was so nice and relaxing. The salon was very clean, too! Seriously could not be happier with my experience! I called ahead for an appointment and Melina was my nail tech for my first set of acrylics. The first picture was my reference and the second picture was what I got. Amazing! I am SO happy, they look phenomenal! They are extremely sturdy and beautifully shaped. I then got a pedicure from Hannah which was so nice and relaxing. The salon was very clean, too! I was really blown away by my experience and will absolutely be returning!

I came here to get a full set of acrylics. I will admit, they looked beautiful when it was finished. However, my first acrylic nail broke off less than 12 hours after getting them put on. I called the salon and asked if I could come in to get it fixed, while also expressing my frustration in paying $80 for it and having it break so soon. They fit me in to get it fixed, which I appreciated. However, the next day not one, not two, but three of my nails broke off. I am very disappointed to have paid this much for these nails and having them break two days after getting them. Clearly it is not quality material and the price is too much to have this happen. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming here again.

First time using today and last time. I was told she could do my acrylic fill and gel polish in 45 minutes. I had to get back to work. An hour and 10 minutes later I was ready to pay…… I had to ask three times $60 for an ACRYLIC fill????!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I visited the salon yesterday for the first time and they were able to take me in for a pedicure and gel manicure right away. The employees were incredibly friendly and kind-always smiling. My technician put a weighted heating pad on my neck and shoulders while I received a massage in the massage chair as she gave me a pedicure. She took her time and not only massaged my legs and feet with both her hands and hot stones, but gave me a great pedicure! My gel manicure came out great too…and truthfully, my favorite part was when she put a new weighted heating pad on my neck and shoulders then after some time, spent about ten minutes massaging my uppper neck and shoulders with her hands and hot stones.I felt so pampered and relaxed while at Grin and especially loved how my nails turned out! So grateful that I finally found a nail salon that I love! ❤️

I used to go to this place all of the time but it’s changed over the last few years. The last 2 times I went I had points from their points system ( you earn each time you have a service done) last time I was there I tried to redeem 300 points for a free manicure and the woman checking me out acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about so then today I went again for a manicure and a pedicure and a pedicure for my daughter..when she asked me to pay I told her I had points to redeem. I handed her my card and walked to the front with her and again asked to redeem my points. she put in my phone number and then put my card in the reader .. I again said I had points to use and not to run my card before she applied then. She continued and ran my card and handed me my receipt with my point total over 800. I again said I told you I wanted to use my points so can you take off the pedicure. She said no You Can use it next time. I told her I wanted to use it today and said it 3 times and to adjust my bill.. she refused Then another woman working there yelled up for me to call tomorrow. Unbelievable! I’m annoyed and not going back. Don’t have a reward system if you aren’t going to let people redeem .
