I tried this place for the first time for their diamond facial/microdermabrasion, and I cannot say enough great things. The environment was wonderful – so clean and luxurious. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. My aesthetician Susanna was absolutely wonderful. She talked me through the whole service, explaining everything about my skin and why she made the recommendations she did. I left feelings flawless and like I went to skin college. She made recommendations for purchases without being pushy, and gave me options at multiple price points. What an amazing experience… I CANNOT wait to go back!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unfortunately, I did not see anything about their deceptive pricing until after the fact. No one informed me that they price by the area, but I am sure it is in their tiny print somewhere with all of the medical history that I was told just to skip through…..I guess any prior medical history is not relevant at this place? I was charged about 3 times more than I would have been anywhere else. My forehead is also pretty lopsided and I have never looked like this post Botox (after about 12 years of getting Botox done). I know it is Greenwich but pricing by the area and charging 3 times what anyone else does is just a rip-off. I would not go back. To the ladies who get 50+ units of Botox in their forehead, maybe it is a deal but I have never received more than half that, especially at such an outrageous price. The nurse injector was very nice, but not strategic about placement of the Botox which probably explains why the area looks very lopsided. They have you come back after 2 weeks for a touch up if you are not satisfied, but why would I allow them to stick more needles in my face. I will not be back and it was a very expensive mistake to go here.
