Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI consistently deal with standoffish unprofessionalism here. I have successfully come for a manicure once, and every single time since I get nothing but pushback on trying to come in. I tip $20 for a dip powder manicure and don’t talk so I know I am not doing anything to warrant this treatment. I understand they are only open Wednesday through Sunday but this treatment had been ongoing for years. It is so disheartening to be spoken to so shortly and rudely when all you want to do is give business to a place. I have been to every salon in town and trust me, you will get kinder treatment ANYWHERE you go, with a place that actually wants your business. Do yourself a favor: go to a different local spot to get that friendly and caring treatment, or go outside town if you seek professionalism and efficiency. You will not find many positives here. Good for them for being clean I guess, there’s where your one star is earned.Edit: Given the response from the owner I will edit what exactly is the problem: customer service. In any service field there is an expectation to receive basic qualities of human treatment: respect, kindness, and compassion. However, your staff fails to deliver on these basic qualities. I would love to be impressed by their courtesy and eagerness to help me get an appointment when they can clearly tell I want to, or to leave pleased with the exceptional quality of their work and attention to detail. I have only been there once and it was a mediocre visit where I felt unwelcomed, rushed, and like the bare bone of what could have been done for my service was offered. I want to give this place another chance since sooo many people claim to have good experiences, but I can’t even get in again since because I deal with a wall of unpleasant, rude staff. Primarily, I would say the quality of service is the main issue from my one experience, and the customer service itself has a huge area of opportunity to LEARN. I paid $86 for nails with 4 little painted flowers on them in total, all for them to start falling off less than a week later. It was a complete waste of money, and going back and get them fixed was going to be such a hassle because they’re always overbooked. Do not bring your service here if you want acrylics. I had gotten acrylic tips put on, just a plain color with a simple dot flower design only on my ring finger. I paid $86 for nails with 4 little painted flowers on them in total, all for them to start falling off less than a week later. It was a complete waste of money, and going back and get them fixed was going to be such a hassle because they’re always overbooked.
