Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unorganized. Went for mani and pedi, 3 of us. The owner seemed to be telling the workers when to start, who to work on, they stood waiting during our appointment time for several minutes. It created a lot of wasted time. One manicurist seemed very knowledgeable and her work was exceptional. The other one was in training, did minimal, mainly filed nails for the mani. Work was poor. Had to have constant help from other girl. The owner did one girl’s nails, poor attention to detail, seemed confused and unorganized. Result was poor. Would never go back.Very unorganized. Very unorganized. Went for mani and pedi, 3 of us. The owner seemed to be telling the workers when to start, who to work on, they stood waiting during our appointment time for several minutes. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came in to have extensions put in my hair and was completely blown away. Toya was very sweet and kind and made me feel so comfortable. She did a fantastic job on my hair. It is perfect and she made me feel beautiful. I love it. You cannot even tell that I have extensions in my hair it looks and feels so natural. I feel so confident and beautiful again thanks to Toya. I have a few friends that wear clip on extensions and when they seen mine they couldn’t stop playing with my hair,lol!!. One of my friends have been using clip on for 10 plus years bc she was afraid that any kind of extensions would not look natural. I changed her mind. I recommended her to Toya and my friend will be calling and making an appointment with her. Thank you again Toya for making me feel so good about myself again. And I will be telling anyone who asks to go see her and work her magic on them. Toya is my now favorite hairdresser and I will forever be a loyal client. See you in 4 weeks toya. I came in to have extensions put in my hair and was completely blown away. Toya was very sweet and kind and made me feel so comfortable. She did a fantastic job on my hair. It is perfect and she made me feel beautiful. I love it. You cannot even tell that I have extensions in my hair it looks and feels so natural. I feel so confident and beautiful again thanks to Toya.
