Use to be nice, kind people that worked here. We were told to check in online when we did it said 180 minutes so when it got close we arrived and was told we were taken off the list had to sign in again wait another hour. Nothing was mentioned about being taken off the list after an hour. Another time I sat down to get a hair cut only to be ask to stand back up to get my hair cut ☹. Where did all the nice good hair stylists go that knew what they were doing?

Worst experience ever! Took my son in to get his hair cut. He had longer hair and wanted it trimmed up. Showed her a picture of what he wanted and she totally butchered the back all off. Not what the picture showed at all! It will take him weeks to grow back to the point he wanted. Never going back!

I’ve gone here a lot in the past for cuts and they were always good cuts for the price. Unfortunately the last 2 times I’ve gone in I’ve specifically told them I want them to leave my top length as is. So what do they do? They keep trimming and trimming and trimming and all of sudden we’re half as short as we were, shocker! I feel very upset to just be ignored about my own hair that I’m paying to have cut, twice, by the same stylist. I even have a rash now from how rough they were with the electric razor. They weren’t even in a rush, the place was empty. I’m extremely disappointed, although the quality of stylist there now is likely reflective of high turn over rate due to poor management.

I love the ability to see my wait time and check in online. Veterans get a free haircut voucher if you go on Veterans day. It does expire (why does it expire?). Mine did expire by 1 day but they still was able to honor it. Thank you for that.
