This review is specifically for a woman named Kathy. When I was waiting I heard her yell at this poor Asian woman who was working there. 4 people waiting. Very uncomfortable. I was hoping she wouldn’t be the person to cut my hair when it was my turn but I got unlucky. Cut my hair way too short. Told her please don’t cut any shorter. She replies “whatever. You don’t even understand what I’m saying just forget it.” I couldn’t believe it but she had scissors to my hair so I just sat there. Her hands smelled like smoke. Hacking smokers cough the entire time without a mask. I would just chalk it up to a horrible employee but hair cut was also uneven much like the reviews here already. Honestly this company should let this employee go. Can run into legal troubles with her.

Do not go here! I went here to get my haircut had a picture of what I wanted and the girl that cut my hair didn’t do a good job. At first I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. I had long strands here and there my bangs were not what I wanted and the layers that she attempted to do look more like she took chunks out of my hair. I also had razor rash on the back of my neck which never has happened to me. I will never come back here and highly do not recommend anyone to come here!

Worst experience, I have had in recent time. Unfriendliness in the air amongst the three hairstylists that were present at the time of haircut on top of waiting for them to get out of the break from previous haircuts probably. Wish Raven, my previous stylist was present in the store.
