The wait time was good. The ladies were kind but my youngest got a good size chunk of his ear cut off. It was totally an accident but not at all his fault so I kind of felt like it should have at least been marked down or something.. I know it was an accident and all of our haircuts turned put amazing but now he’s going to be terrified of getting it cut again.

I always get exactly what I need, I typically don’t wait long, the location is always clean, almost never too crowded! got my hair cut by the woman from fresno i told her how i wanted my hair cut keep it longer in the front and she cut it very short and then trying to persuade me to think it would look better this way after she already cut it. the woman needs to be fired who on earth cuts someones hair the way she wants to cut it rather than listening to how the customer wants it. i want at least a refund!!
