Great Clips is a nice salon & good stylists, just wish all the stylists there were good at their jobs. I always seem to get that one stylist that wants to cut my hair the way she wants my hair cut. No matter how many times I tell her the way I want it & I don’t like the way she wants it cut, she still cuts it her way. So looks like I’m looking for another place.

Checked in online (55 min wait). Arrived on time waited 5 min and my name was called. The lady asked me if I was waiting for Monica and I said yes. The lady took a differnt customer. When Monica finished her hair cut.l (10 min) Monica called someone else (Joe) I said I was next and Monica said no your not? I told her My name had been called, but I waiting for you. Monica said sorry your gonna have to wait. This the 2nd and last time I have a problem with there online check in. I will never get my hair cut at great clips again.

Not the friendliest place. And didn’t listen to how I wanted my daughters hair cut. I said just above the shoulders and they did it right near the ears and it was uneven. Wasn’t happy about it. Not kid friendly or very welcoming. I’m leaving this comment not to complain just in hopes for improvement and for awareness.
