Everything was great. The app worked well and is user friendly. I only had to wait 20 min. I got a standard short layer hair cut. It came out ok. $22.00 plus tip. They don’t wash or dry your hair. She squirted something in my hair like an oil and started cutting.

Made an Appointment at 5:00pm. Waited outside in Parking lot. Got the text to come in at 5:45pm. They turned me away saying they close at 6:00pm. Yeah thats why I made an appointment 1 hour ago. They gave my spot to a walk in with no Appointment. Lady had 3 kids and only waited 3 minutes to get seated. Meanwhile I waited 45 min and still turned away.
