i’m posting this here after a couple of bad experiences. last time the online check in said the wait time was 45 min and when i showed up they said we can’t take you in because they didn’t want to work anymore. They blamed me for waiting for 45 min and said you cant hold your booking all day. What’s the point of online check in if it can be conveniently removed by people working there and blame the customer for waiting until the systems tells you it’s 15 min to the appointment.

I usually have a good experience with GC but this time it was horrible. If I could see an option ZERO I definitely would! The lady tried to work at sonic speeds and ended up digging all the way inside the skin and it even bled. The store guys still charged me for the hair cut. Not cool. I spoke to the headquarters about this issue and was told that somebody from the store will reach out to my cell phone, and I’m still waiting even after a week passed by. So much for the customer service . Avoid this place and go to other hair cut places if you wanted a peaceful experience.

Great price, rarely a long wait & we can request our favorite stylist when we arrive. Have had a couple bad experiences this past year with uneven cuts, but once we found a good stylist there, we come back. Prices have gone up over the past few years, and coupons aren’t as readily available. Since wash & blow dry aren’t included, $18 (plus tip) is a bit much to pay for just a cut. However, we like our new stylist so much that we are regulars now

They do not maintain the COVID protocols. They used the same cloth for everyone and do not use a fresh or washed one every time. It’s a big NO for Great Clips. Went first time after the pandemic and did not expect this at the known chain.My local barber changes the cloth every time, in fact they use a disposable one.
