Sooooo happy with my new haircut . . .it’s cute and fun and easy to maintain and I feel like a whole new person! I came to this Great Clips at the recommendation of a friend and could not be more pleased! I haven’t had a proper haircut since I moved to SD during COVID and was embarrassed/nervous to find someone to help me start getting my hair looking good again. Roger was so welcoming and attentive to what I was hoping for and he retouched and re-shaped until I had a brand new look! This is the best, most affordable haircut I’ve ever had (apparently I paid wayyy too much for “good haircare” when I lived in Los Angeles). I will be back for great cuts in the future and the overall great experience. . .it’s been a few days since my cut and I still can’t stop looking at my new hair!!!

Very pleased with my service today! I was hesitant just because I dont trust anyone with my hair but I was in a hurry to fix my manic home hair cut that was left entirely to thick. I believe Robert maybe it was Roger ( I apologize I am dyslexic ) but he was very professional, gentle and understanding that im a busy mom or two so I didn’t feel judged about my hot mess of hair. He was not pushy got the information he needed from me and did what he needed to do. Results were me feeling 100% better. Thank you!

Sue fixed my hair after I attempted an “at home trim” it was a hot mess when I walked in and awesome when I walked out. Check in on your phone so you don’t have to wait once you arrive, you’ll be notified 15 minutes before you are scheduled to head on over to Great Clips. This was my first visit to Great Clips.

Great Clips around the United States is okay, but the one here in Imperial Beach is overall the best I have been too! I have had my hair done by all the staff and they always do a wonderful job with it. It is always clean and ready to which is nice to see. The staff is some of the nicest people I’ve met here which is a plus. If you are not willing to go in person when they open you can always download the Great Clips app to check in as well.

Will not return. I showed a picture of what I wanted and even said I didn’t want a lot of my hair cut off length wise. It’s absolutely not what I wanted, it’s way shorter than I’m comfortable with and just a hack job. So uneven, I really hate it and now I’m stuck with it until it grows out. Was told I can return to fix it but absolutely not going to let them touch my hair again

I explained to Gina that I didn’t want it shorter, I simply wanted some weight to be taken off. She added choppy layers and left holes in my hair.
