Very slow and no common snese, there are 7 people on check in list and they act like there is no body waiting , unneseccary converstaions with customers and taking breaks btw every cut that they do, so on a busy day only 3 employees in here and their paste is very slow, good luck getting a hair cut if you walk in, i walked in half an hour ago and they checked me in, one of the employees went to the back room and havent seen her since then , the other employee takes 5-10 minutes breaks btw every cut , i think i will be in here atleast for couple of hours

Just got the best haircut in 5 years. I used the online check in, so was seated right away. Ask for Uyen ( pronounced Win). I have coarse unruly hair and several cowlicks, and Uyen made it look great!

It’s hit or miss here. Sometimes you get a good one that takes their time and sometimes they finish in a few minutes. You really don’t know who you’re going to get. I do like the online check in so you know how long the wait is and you don’t waste your time sitting there. Price is high if they finish in less than 15 minutes in my opinion.

This is my go to place for haircuts. My regular lady stylist was not available and I got Monica who did not listen or read the notes on my file, and gave me a very bad haircut experience. I contacted the company via Facebook and their website, franchisee/Manager answered quickly and had her most experienced lady stylist Debbie fix my hair no charge. Yes it’s a lot shorter now but I feel good about it and will continue to go here and make sure to get them to read the notes.
